Heaven & Hell Bootcamp is a functional training environment. We provide a personalized approach to group fitness training. At HHBC we welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to work at a level that maximizes YOUR potential.
Functional training boot camp is geared to help people with everyday life activities. It includes a variety of exercises that work on flexibility, core, balance, strength and power. Our class is run in a circuit style setting that is different every day. Boredom is not an option here. We take the "routine" out of your workout routine by never letting you do the same workout twice. Better yet, you're in and out in 40-45 minutes.
